Hey, I own a Mac as well, and I used Boot Camp to install Windows and OS X both on my hard drive. I use OS X most of the time, but having windows 7 available when I need is great, especially since this is my only computer. If you want you can even have Ubuntu linux on there as well, but that's a little harder to do haha. Installing Windows with Boot Camp on your Mac is a piece of cake, it's really a seamless process, and Windows will work great on your mac. If you can afford a copy of Windows 7 (if not, there are certain illegal methods available:/ ) then I'd say go for it. Wine is a free software that allows you to run Windows applications on Linux and Mac OS X, and has been around since the days of Windows 3.x. Made popular among the masses by gamers for its ability to run various Windows games on Linux and Mac, Wine can also run many other types of Windows applications on these platforms flawlessly. ![]() Having both comes in handy. If you want more info on Boot Camp, google it, Apple should have some more info on their website. I don't use Mac or Sai(Since I use the Linux Computers) and Sai Developers says that there is NO future ideas for them to make Sai work for Mac. They only plan Sai for Windows. Since Windows Users will actually pay for every thing offered, which would make for the best money scans to be done. Quickbooks online for mac. So Sai Developers won't make it For Linux(Where users are use to getting things almost completely free), and Mac (users are usually given great cheap deals, if not a free substitute). ![]() Though the only best substitute I can give you is the common GIMP, and MyPaint(Specially made for Tablet users). There are several journals and News post about great paint programs for Mac.
